Job Summary
Recover & Refresh Inc. is a locally owned upholstery studio specializing in bespoke residential, commercial, and custom upholstery projects. We are growing and looking for a reliable, organized, and personable Customer Service & Administrative Representative to join our team.
About the Role
This is a front-facing position ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and supporting both sales and creative work. You will be a key point of contact for clients and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional customer service in person, by email, phone, and social media
- Respond to client inquiries, schedule appointments, and assist with project intake
- Support product and service sales (fabric, foam, upholstery services, DIY supplies)
- Prepare and manage estimates, invoices, deposits, and basic administrative tasks
- Assist with social media engagement, posting, and responding to messages
- Maintain organized client records and project tracking
- Support the team with general office and shop coordination as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Comfortable and confident with customer service and sales
- Maintains a professional and friendly demeanour
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Comfortable using email, invoicing systems, and basic computer applications
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
- Interest in interiors, design, upholstery, or small business operations is an asset
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
