About Us

Apeiro Construction is a fast-growing residential and commercial construction company known for high-quality work, fast turnaround, and strong client relationships. We handle multi-unit renovations, structural work, and full-scale builds across Ontario and are expanding our operations and internal team.

We are looking for a highly organized, driven, and reliable Procurement, Logistics & Scheduling Coordinator to support our field operations and keep our projects running on time and on budget.

Role Overview

The Procurement, Logistics & Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for:

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Sourcing materials and equipment for all projects
  • Requesting quotes, comparing prices, negotiating with suppliers
  • Creating purchase orders and maintaining procurement records
  • Ensuring materials arrive on-site on time and in the correct quantities
  • Maintaining strong relationships with vendors (Roofmart, Home Depot, local suppliers, etc.)

Logistics Coordination

  • Planning deliveries, pickups, and material drop-offs across multiple job sites
  • Coordinating with drivers, suppliers, subcontractors, and site supervisors
  • Tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and preventing delays
  • Managing inventory levels for frequently used construction materials
  • Ensuring all tools, equipment, and rentals are booked and returned on schedule

Project Scheduling

  • Assisting in building and updating construction schedules
  • Coordinating daily and weekly tasks with site supervisors
  • Tracking project progress and reporting variances or delays
  • Scheduling inspections, trades, and subcontractors
  • Ensuring efficient sequencing of work to avoid downtime

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, scheduling, or project coordination (construction industry preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills (email, phone, supplier coordination)
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and scheduling tools (Google Sheets/Excel, or similar is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's licence
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.51-$27.79 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
