We are a mid-size law firm in downtown Nanaimo with an immediate opening for the position of Receptionist / Junior Secretary. The job is part-time in person, 20 to 30 hours per week. Office hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm. Duties include, answering phones, opening & date stamping mail, ordering office supplies, managing petty cash, photocopying, scanning, filing, banking, arranging couriers, opening and closing files, preparing disposition reports, preparing disclosure, books of authorities, notices and other documents as required. Knowledge of Word, Excel, iCase, Justin is preferred. We also offer medical and dental benefits. Due to the nature of the firm's work, security clearance will be required.
