We are seeking an experienced
Deployment Project Manager
to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This role is responsible for driving deployment planning, execution, and governance across multiple workstreams to ensure successful, on-time, and compliant releases.

You'll work closely with Deployment Leads, Program Leadership, Testing, Cutover, and Hypercare teams to manage dependencies, risks, and readiness across the full deployment lifecycle — ensuring that business, technical, and compliance requirements are met.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and manage integrated deployment project plans, including milestones, dependencies, deliverables, RAID tracking, and governance.
  • Support deployment leads in daily and weekly cadence meetings, including metrics review, change requests (CCB), RAID items, and escalations.
  • Present release metrics, risks, and status updates in weekly program and leadership forums.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure resource alignment, timeline adherence, and budget objectives are met.
  • Maintain accurate project plans reflecting actual vs. planned progress, critical paths, and key dependencies.
  • Manage cross-program interdependencies, risks, and challenges, implementing controls, cadence, and mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate and align Testing, Cutover, Hypercare, and other workstreams to ensure readiness and smooth execution.
  • Drive adoption of standard methodologies, tools, templates, and scalable program practices.
  • Ensure deployments align with business testing, compliance validation, and qualification protocols.
  • Promote continuous improvement in program execution, governance, and delivery effectiveness.
  • Enable overall release readiness by aligning teams on timelines, milestones, and outcomes.

What You Bring

  • 5–8+ years
    of experience in full lifecycle SAP implementation programs, specifically
    SAP S/4HANA
    .
  • Strong background supporting
    large transformation programs
    across Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, or enterprise environments.
  • 2+ years of Program Management experience
    , ideally within complex, large-scale business transformations.
  • Hands-on experience leading projects, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and organizational change.
  • Experience working within
    Agile or hybrid delivery models
    .
  • Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to senior leadership and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with technical and business teams in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
