Aim Of The Role
As a member of the restaurant team at Hans Bar & Grill at the 11 Cadogan Gardens - one of two Relais and Chateaux property in London - you are the reason our Guests keep coming back for more. Our Waiters/Waitresses work part of a team to serve our Guests, creating unforgettable experiences and exceeding expectations from breakfast right through to dinner, to ensure that every guest wants to return.
11 Cadogan Gardens is a truly iconic 19th century boutique hotel in the heart of fashionable Chelsea. Behind its traditional Victorian facade lies a wealth of tradition, heritage and intrigue. This unique London hotel prides itself on giving guests a quintessentially British experience that exceeds every expectation.
Waiter/Waitress Responsibilities
- Constantly seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests and give them the attention that they deserve. Make it your mission to ensure that every guest leaves happy.
- To ensure that all guests' wishes are met so far as is reasonably possible. Showing passion and pride for the hotel.
- Have expert knowledge of the food and wine that we offer and create opportunities to keep yourself up to date with our latest seasonal menu's to drive sales.
- Confidently deliver the key restaurant processes and standards, including our service steps, and demonstrate these consistently.
- Work well as part of a team, treating others like family and proactively seek out ways to lend a hand.
- Have an eye for detail and very high standards when it comes to our service, hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards.
- Maintain our standards at all times, keeping our restaurant and adjoining areas clean and tidy at all times.
