Operational Standards Manager

Responsibilities
Administrate duties, drafting emails & correspondence, filing forms & completing reports
Perform regular corporate standard audits for several locations
Inspect and monitor health & safety standards and legislation
Perform injury investigations & retrain/review safety procedures to prevent future injuries
Create action plans & keep management up to date with reports and goals
Provide additional support to the Management team
Help create & improve Team Member incentive programs for staff engagement & motivation
Running daily errands, picking up supplies & office equipment, as needed
Willing to learn new skills to support Vice President & Management Team
Post content on Social Media platforms to help drive traffic and customer interest
Ability to organize and plan onsite & off-site events
Other duties as required
Qualifications
Ability to work flexible hours
Must have valid driver license & own transportation
Maintain a professional attitude & confidentiality regarding business communications
Strong computer & technical skills
Exceptional oral & written communication skills
Experience writing & editing a variety of communication products
Excellent interpersonal skills & sound judgement
Must be a team player, have a positive attitude and be able to work independently or in a Team
Self motivated, goal setting skills & able to work with little or no supervision
An excellent multi-tasker with organization skills and a strong attention to detail
Completed course in event planning, marketing, or communications would be an asset
