Role Responsibilities

  • Design questions related to air traffic control using professional experience.
  • Evaluate the accuracy of AI-generated content to improve model outputs.
  • Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance training data quality.
  • Provide structured feedback to ensure alignment with domain principles.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications
Must-Have

  • 4+ years full-time work experience as an Air Traffic Controller.
  • Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
  • Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebook).

Compensation & Legal

  • Hourly contractor
  • Compensation based on professional background and geographic location.
