Responsibilities

Performs a variety of tire maintenance duties, such as regular tire changes, balancing tires, mounting and dismounting tires, cleaning tires, repair of flats, etc.

Qualifications

3 years of recent experience working on tires in the commercial transport industry, or buses (repairing, balancing, changing etc.). An up-to-date driver's abstract must accompany application (maximum of 6 points in the past 3 years, no impaired convictions, roadside suspensions, or prohibitions in the past 5 years).

Will be required to undergo a comprehensive medical examination.

Capable, after training, of holding a Class 2 driver's licence with air ticket.

Other Information

Recruitment Process: An applicant will be required to demonstrate their suitability for this position by meeting the minimum level of qualifications and experience in order to be invited into the selection process. A standard interview format will be used including general, scenario and behavioural descriptive interview questions.

Rate of Pay

Wage: $55.09 per hour
