As a Line Cook, you will play an integral role in preparing Pita-Nutso's signature menu items while upholding our high standards of quality, consistency, and food safety. What You'll Do

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Pita-Nutso recipes, specifications, and quality standards
  • Ensure all food is handled, stored, and prepared in compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation, including proper care of kitchen equipment
  • Assist with food preparation, restocking, and proper inventory rotation
  • Perform efficiently during peak service periods while maintaining accuracy and quality
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house team members to support smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience preparing shawarma is an asset; training will be provided
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 55 lbs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
