The Opportunity

Shape the world around you. As part of our Materials team, you'll lead projects that ensure the integrity and sustainability of infrastructure across communities. From advanced testing programs to innovative engineering solutions, your expertise will help deliver projects that matter.

Your Impact
  • Deliver materials engineering and testing projects that support safe, resilient infrastructure.
  • Coordinate laboratory and field programs for soil, aggregate, asphalt, and concrete, ensuring technical excellence.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate materials solutions into major capital projects.
  • Champion WSP's safety culture and quality standards in every aspect of project delivery.
  • Build strong client relationships and influence decisions that shape communities.
The Skills That Set You Apart
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline, with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in materials engineering or construction quality control.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, with PMP designation considered an asset.
  • Expertise in CSA, ASTM, and OPSS standards, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Comfortable working in both field and lab environments, meeting all safety requirements.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.
