Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and restaurant environments (water, drain, vent, and gas lines).
  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints.
  • Coordinate with other trades (HVAC, electrical, millwork, and framing teams).
  • Install fixtures such as sinks, grease traps, dishwashers, hand sinks, and floor drains.
  • Ensure all work complies with Ontario Building Code and local plumbing standards.
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment on all job sites.

Requirements

  • Valid Ontario 306A Plumbing License (Journeyperson) – required.
  • Minimum 1 years of commercial plumbing experience (restaurant or retail construction preferred).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Gas fitter license (G2/G3) is an asset but not required.
