Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled
SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Quality Management (QM) Consultant
to join our
AMS support team
. The ideal candidate will provide
L2/L3 functional support
, troubleshoot production issues, and deliver minor enhancements while ensuring system stability, compliance, and high service quality. This role requires strong functional expertise, client-facing skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide
    L2/L3 functional support
    for SAP PM and QM modules in a production environment.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within defined
    SLA timelines
    .
  • Support
    maintenance planning, notifications, work orders
    , and
    quality inspection processes
    .
  • Configure and maintain
    PM master data
    (equipment, functional locations) and
    QM inspection plans, inspection lots, and results
    .
  • Implement
    minor enhancements and configuration changes
    based on business requirements.
  • Lead and support
    integration with MM, PP, and SD modules
    .
  • Participate in
    change requests, testing, and deployment activities
    .
  • Monitor system health and ensure smooth end-to-end PM/QM operations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for
    ABAP log analysis, debugging, and performance tuning
    .
  • Document solutions and maintain a
    knowledge base
    for recurring issues.
  • Ensure adherence to
    IT security, audit requirements, and compliance standards
    .
  • Validate
    data integrity
    and ensure alignment with business standards.
  • Provide
    on-call support
    for critical production issues, as required.
