SUMMARY:
 
As we embark on a multi-year digital transformation program, we are currently seeking an Sales & Finance Transformation Analyst. This is a super exciting opportunity to join a team of problem solvers, and be part of a transformation, from strategy to execution.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Demonstrate clear passion for making an impact in business transformation
Demonstrate business acumen and understanding of operating models
Support Sales / Finance transformation projects, focused on evaluating current state, identifying opportunities, and creating transformation business cases, including the supporting technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and opportunities for digital innovation.
Participate in implementing solutions that enhance customer engagement, sales performance, and operational efficiency
Support process improvement and operational effectiveness approaches, with a focus Sales processes and CRM optimization or Finance processes
Use analytics tools to simulate and support decision making process

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
Proven problem solving, critical thinking, and ability to make connections between information and concepts from different sources 
Excellent report writing and oral presentation skill and demonstrated experience
Strong analytical skills, experience with Alteryx/Power BI or equivalent
Ability to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based project environment.
Comfortable working iteratively and in situations without detailed instructions. 
A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, sciences or a related field
Experience in Management consulting or Data & Analytics a plus
