Job Summary

The ideal candidate for this position is a person that already has basic experience in framing, roofing, and exterior finishes. The right person for this job will be able to work at a fast pace work environment, be capable of working at heights, and have positive willing to learn attitude. This is a perfect opportunity to grow your skills in the residential and agricultural construction industry with lots of room to grow.

Duties

  • Assist experienced carpenters in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
  • Participate in concrete forming, masonry work, and rebar installation.
  • Support cabinet installation, flooring installation, and tile laying tasks.
  • Engage in construction painting, siding installation, and roofing projects.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
  • Help with caulking, assembly, plumbing, and electrical tasks as needed.
  • Perform heavy lifting and physical labor as required on job sites.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.

Skills

  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction schematics.
  • Familiarity with carpentry techniques, woodworking skills, and construction practices.
  • Experience with CNC machinery is a plus.
  • Knowledge of restoration techniques and maintenance person experience is beneficial.
  • Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely.
  • Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality workmanship.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
