Position Overview:
Compugen is seeking a technically oriented Business Analyst on a part-time basis. This role is focused on documenting current "AS IS" business processes across systems, workflows, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical environments and be able to translate complex systems into clear, structured documentation.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze current business processes.
  • Document "AS IS" workflows, system interactions, and integration points.
  • Identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement in existing processes.
  • Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and supporting documentation.
  • Work closely with technical teams to understand system architecture and data flows.
  • Present findings and documentation in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical or IT-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of systems, workflows, and integrations.
  • Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar process mapping software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
