MicroAge is hiring a Cloud-Centric Service Analyst – Tier 2

MicroAge requires a highly motivated team player with an amazing phone presence to join our technical team. You will use state of the art processes to assist customers, design solutions and deliver world-class service. Candidates that have; communication, interpersonal skills, and mental agility will be very successful in this position. As a part of the Service Team, you will report to the Service Business Manager. 

What we need you to do

· Support a growing client base utilizing state of the art remote access tools

· Enjoy documenting all tasks and work completed

· Working daily in Active Directory administration and management with a drive towards Azure AD

· Be familiar with and be able to work remotely when required using N-Able, RDP, VPN technology

· Troubleshoot and solve problems using a combination of experience and resources

· Work well within a team environment

What we need you to know

· Excellent communication, both verbal and written

· Solid organizational and time management skills

· Desire to explore and implement new technologies

· Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

· Strong listening skills

· Microsoft Office Suite including Office 365

· Email / Hosted Exchange/ Office 365/ Microsoft 365

· Microsoft Azure

· Microsoft Active Directory

Required experience:

· Microsoft Active Directory 5+ years

· MCP, MCSA or MCSE

· Preferred to have one or more of the following exams;

  • AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
  • MS-900 Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
  • MS-100 Microsoft 365 Identity and Services
  • MS-101 Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security
  • MS-500 Microsoft 365 Security Administration
  • Exam 70-347: Enabling Office 365 Services
  • Exam 70-346: Managing Office 365 Identities and Requirements
  • Exam 70-532: Developing Microsoft Azure Solutions
  • Exam 70-533: Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions
  • Exam 70-535: Architecting Microsoft Azure Solutions
  • Exam 70-473: Designing and Implementing Cloud Data Platform Solutions
  • Exam 70-475: Designing and Implementing Big Data Analytics Solutions

Hours/Availability: Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00 (may require work in the evenings/Saturday/Sunday)

Must have a valid license and access to a reliable vehicle

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25+/hr depending on experience
