The Opportunity

Solution Law is seeking multiple lawyers to join our expanding team. We are especially open to Senior Lawyers with established practices and are prepared to explore compensation structures that reflect the value of their clientele. Tailored compensation and benefits arrangements are available for Senior Lawyers with established practices.

We welcome applications from lawyers at all stages of their careers—whether you are newly called, mid-level, or senior counsel. Positions are available on a full-time, part-time, or contract basis.

Qualifications

• Member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta

• Strong communication skills and fluency in English

• Open to all levels of experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $70,000 – $300,000 annually (depending on experience)

• Negotiable compensation for mid-to-senior lawyers

• Commission and discretionary bonuses

• Extended health benefits after probation

• Tailored arrangements available for senior lawyers with established practices

Position Summary

As a lawyer at Solution Law, you will:

• Meet with clients, investigate claims, and develop legal strategies

• Draft pleadings, motions, and participate in mediations and questionings

• Interview and depose witnesses

• Prepare for and advocate at trial

• Draft legal forms, memos, and applications

• Attend applications, mediations, and Judicial Dispute Resolutions (JDRs)
