Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bread Merchandiser to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal presentation and stocking of bread products across multiple store locations. MUST have own vehicle. This role requires a combination of merchandising expertise, strong organizational skills, and excellent customer service abilities. The Bread Merchandiser plays a vital role in enhancing store visual appeal, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting overall sales growth. Prior experience in retail sales, store management, or merchandising is highly valued, along with proficiency in visual design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Multilingual skills and experience in branding or interior design are considered advantageous. Responsibilities

  • Stocking and replenishing bread products on shelves according to planograms and merchandising standards
  • Organizing product displays to maximize visual appeal and sales potential
  • Managing inventory levels, conducting stock counts, and ensuring accurate inventory control
  • Implementing store branding guidelines and maintaining consistent visual design standards
  • Assisting with store remodeling projects or interior redesigns as needed
  • Utilizing POS systems for pricing updates, sales transactions, and cash handling procedures
  • Monitoring product freshness and quality, coordinating with suppliers for timely deliveries
  • Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the merchandising area
  • Training new team members on merchandising standards and store policies
  • Supporting promotional activities and marketing initiatives to boost product visibility
  • Communicating effectively with store management to align merchandising strategies with sales goals

Experience

  • Supervising experience in retail or merchandising environments preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design tasks
  • Strong background in marketing, branding, or store management
  • Multilingual abilities beneficial for diverse customer interactions
  • Familiarity with schematics, planograms, and retail math principles
  • Experience in remodeling or interior design projects within retail spaces
  • Customer service skills with a focus on enhancing shopping experiences
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems, POS operations, and cash handling procedures
  • Leadership qualities with excellent communication skills and organizational abilities
  • Prior experience in retail sales, stocking, inventory control, or administrative roles preferred
