Banh Mi Tres Bon is looking to hire dynamic individuals to join our team. We are located at the Walmart Outdoor Mall in Richmond -- CENTRAL at Garden City and Alderbridge next to the new Richmond Walmart and StarbucksBanh Mi Tres Bon is a modern Vietnamese sandwich, PHO and salad shop with French influences. We are looking to fill positions in our Restaurant: full time Cook/Kitchen Support and F/T front-of-house staff/Banh Mi Makers All employees must be quick, diligent and willing to improve on the job. Particular emphasis will be placed on ability to follow instructions and all health and safety rules in the kitchen. Candidates should also be able to function in a fast-paced, busy environment as part of a team. Our goal is to preserve and enhance our reputation by providing customers with memorable experiences.FULL TIME POSITION - COOKSWe are seeking a Cook/Kitchen Support to join our dedicated kitchen staff You will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of Vietnamese Cuisine in our professional kitchen.Responsibilities:Prepare all served foodPlan food production to coordinate with meal servedOperate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficientlyAdhere to all sanitation and food production codesClean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliancesQualifications:Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or other related fields, Vietnamese Cuisine is an asset but not necessary. Will provide training.Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniquesStrong attention to detailAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work well in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
