What You'll Do

As a Caregiver with Palma Home Care, your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting with daily activities (light meal prep, reminders, errands)
  • Helping with light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes)
  • Encouraging independence and a positive, respectful environment
  • Communicating observations or concerns to the care team

What We're Looking For

  • A caring, patient, and reliable individual
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and respectfully in clients' homes
  • Previous caregiving or support experience is an asset (not required)
  • Clear Criminal background check (required)
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work days and/or nights
