Le Poste

Nous recherchons un Manœuvre Général/Charpentier dévoué et motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe en pleine croissance. Que vous soyez un charpentier expérimenté ou que vous ayez simplement envie d'apprendre dans le domaine de la construction, nous accueillons avec plaisir votre expertise et votre enthousiasme. Vous travaillerez sur divers projets résidentiels, allant des nouvelles constructions aux rénovations, pour créer des maisons que nos clients adoreront.

Responsabilités principales

  • Effectuer des tâches générales, y compris la préparation et le nettoyage des chantiers.
  • Réaliser des travaux de charpenterie tels que le cadrage, les finitions et l'installation de boiseries.
  • Utiliser et entretenir les outils et équipements de manière sécuritaire.
  • Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe pour respecter les délais et les normes de qualité.
  • Garantir la sécurité sur le chantier et respecter les politiques de l'entreprise.

Qualifications

  • Expérience dans la construction ou la charpenterie (préférée mais non obligatoire).
  • Connaissance des outils et équipements de construction.
  • Fort esprit de travail, fiabilité et souci du détail.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement physiquement exigeant.
  • Permis de conduire valide et accès à un moyen de transport (préféré).

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Labourer/Carpenter to join our growing team. Whether you're a skilled carpenter or an eager learner in general construction, we welcome your expertise and enthusiasm. You'll be working on various residential projects, from new builds to renovations, helping create homes our clients will love.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with general labor tasks, including site preparation and cleanup.
  • Perform carpentry duties such as framing, finishing, and woodwork installation.
  • Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Ensure job site safety and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction or carpentry (preferred).
  • Familiarity with tools and construction equipment.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Valid driver's license and access to transportation.
