Experienced Cladder

Thermo Design Insulation Ltd. is Canada's leading provider of insulated metal panels to the commercial, industrial and climate-controlled construction sectors.

We are currently hiring full-time experienced cladders in the Calgary area to work alongside our foremen and project managers, and assisting them with the installation of insulated metal wall and roof panel systems.

Job Description

• Install and repair exterior cladding materials on residential and commercial buildings
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine the layout and installation requirements
• Measure, cut, and shape cladding materials to fit the designated areas
• Install cladding materials using hand tools such as hammers, drills, and saws
• Apply caulking and sealants to ensure weatherproofing and insulation
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cladder or in a related field is required
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications
• Strong carpentry skills with the ability to build and install cladding materials accurately
• Capable of heavy lifting and working at heights when necessary
• Knowledge of various hand tools used in cladding installation
• Detail oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $30.00-$36.00 per hour
