Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our pediatric clinic team. This role focuses exclusively on providing speech and language therapy services to children, supporting their communication, social, and feeding development through individualized, child-centred care.

The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children, enjoys collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams, and is committed to helping children reach their fullest potential in a supportive and engaging clinical environment.

What we're looking for

  • Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong understanding of speech, language, and developmental milestones
  • Ability to manage a pediatric caseload while providing high-quality care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, patient-focused, and collaborative approach
