ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and hard-working Painter to join our team as a contracted full-time professional. Our projects are exclusively high-end residential, requiring a sharp eye for detail, clean execution, and a professional demeanor.

As a contractor, you will be responsible for tracking your hours and submitting invoices for payment. This is an excellent opportunity for an independent painter looking for consistent, rewarding work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare surfaces (sanding, patching, priming) to a high standard
• Perform precise interior painting with clean lines and smooth finishes
• Apply paint, stain, and other finishes using professional techniques
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Communicate clearly with team members and clients as needed
• Follow all safety protocols and site guidelines
• Track work hours and submit regular invoices for payment

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience (high-end residential preferred), however will hire and train the right person with the right attitude should you have minimal experience
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, self-motivated, and punctual
• Ability to lift, climb ladders, and perform physical work
• Must have own tools and reliable transportation
• Experience working independently and meeting deadlines
• Ability to invoice for completed work (contractor status)
