Are you ready to lead lifecycle strategy and aftermarket excellence at a national level? We're seeking a National Lifecycle Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for Parts and Service functions across all branches, driving a consistent, profitable, and exceptional customer experience.

What you will do:

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for Parts and Service functions across all branches nationwide
  • Conduct regular branch visits to assess performance, reinforce standards, and support local leadership teams
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with factory leadership and peer dealer leaders.
  • Analyze financial statements and operational KPIs to identify profitability improvements, process gaps, and corrective actions
  • Monitor and improve national operational health including: Work in Progress (WIP), open documents, Standard Job Code (SJC) usage, Field campaign completion rates, Preventative Maintenance (PM) completion performance, parts-to-VIN compliance, factory A/R aging
  • Oversee parts pricing models, inventory optimization, and the implementation of consistent national standards
  • Develop, refine, and support clear "how-to" business processes for all lifecycle operations to ensure consistency and clarity across branches
  • Drive alignment and execution of Vermeer Corporation initiatives including e-commerce, Fleet progress, Parts with VIN standards, SJC usage, kit completions, and other Lifecycle brand ambassador priorities
  • Evaluate emerging technology add-ons to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and elevate the customer experience

What we're looking for:

·      Prior experience with the operation of heavy equipment an asset

·      Excellent technical, interpersonal, and troubleshooting skills, as well as organizational and motivational abilities; prepared to take on initiatives, make decisions and accept responsibilities

·      Proficiency in major spread sheet/ computer processing applications

·      Prior exposure to supply chain would be beneficial

·      Proven leadership track record

Travel

Significant travel is expected of this position.
