Advanced Clinical Nurse Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Respiratory Clinical Nurse Specialist Service South Sector and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Team GG&C for an Advanced Band 7 Respiratory Clinical Nurse Specialist.
The post holder will work in full collaboration with the Team Lead, Operational Leads and the wider Respiratory Multi-Disciplinary Team to drive and shape the delivery of the highest standard and quality of respiratory clinical care.
The post holder will be required to deliver clinical care at an advanced level and will have or be working towards Advanced Practice qualifications.
They will lead, support and develop specific priority areas of clinical quality improvement work and will act as a specialist resource to support the development of junior staff.
We would welcome highly dynamic, motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Respiratory Clinical Nurse Specialists to complement and support our existing multi-disciplinary team.
You should have significant post registration experience preferably within a Respiratory Band 6 CNS role and have or be working towards advanced practice qualifications at Masters Level inclusive of Independent Prescribing and advanced Clinical Assessment.
Previous experience and ability to demonstrate success with Clinical Quality Improvement projects would also be advantageous.
