Purpose of the role

Under the supervision of the E-commerce Manager, the incumbent will assist the e-commerce team by contributing to daily merchandising tasks essential for the efficient operation and visibility of the website.

Keys Responsibilities

  • Assist with all e-commerce merchandising activities;
  • Perform follow-ups in the project management system;
  • Conduct testing and quality control, identifying resulting issues;
  • Support the upload of products and maintain the product catalog;
  • Assist with product enrichment, image uploads, and color sample management;
  • Provide support for product sorting requests on the website;
  • Help create and schedule promotions;
  • Contribute to creating a positive site search experience;
  • Participate in optimizing the online shopping experience;
  • Support the organization and execution of various projects;
  • Anticipate team needs and provide proactive support;
  • Regularly conduct effective competitive monitoring;
  • Ensure clear communication and collaboration with various departments and teams;
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in marketing, commerce, management, or equivalent;
  • 1–2 years of experience in an e-commerce role (an asset);
  • Experience in retail and/or fashion (an asset);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Bilingual, both written and spoken (French and English).
