The successful candidate can look forward to a variety of challenges including:Testing and troubleshooting of AM / FM transmitters & associated equipmentTesting and troubleshooting field returns, as well as researching information on product systems, subsystems etc. as necessaryMaintaining and/or establishing troubleshooting and repair/retest info for future referenceWorking with Customer Service and Engineering to resolve issuesWorking as integral part of test room/customer service teamWorking to meet standard for Customer Service repair turn-around timesWhat you'll needQualifications Candidates should:As a minimum, have a technical college diploma as an Electronic Engineering Technician/Technologist and ideally, have experience in:Working with high voltages (208V- 480V)Working with analog, digital, and power electronic circuits and systemsWorking with RF systems (MF, HF, VHF)Using electronic test equipmentTesting and troubleshooting to the component levelFunctional Tasks will include: Gripping, grasping, pinching, fine finger movement, both hands; Pushing; Reaching, elbow & wrist flexion; Twisting; Shoulder and neck flexion; Walking, standing, sitting, squatting; Climbing and working from ladders; Movement of goods; Some writing and keyboard use; Lifting up to 25kg; Pushing & pulling force >25kg.
