Your Role at Altero

You will support the consultants on organizational transformation projects, contributing to change management strategies and delivering high-quality deliverables (communication materials, analyses, reports, tools). You will also help track progress to ensure projects stay on track and meet client expectations.

Working closely with the partners, you will take part in client discussions and coordinate mandates. You will be involved in projects related to acquisitions and integrations, organizational design, succession planning, and supporting family businesses, all while developing your skills and helping us continuously improve our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and implementation of change management strategies.
  • Prepare reports, roadmaps, and client tools.
  • Develop educational materials and co-facilitate workshops.
  • Assist with acquisition and integration projects and related change management activities.
  • Contribute to organizational design projects by conducting interviews, analyzing data, and preparing and presenting insights and recommendations.
  • Participate in client communications, ensure regular follow-up, and collaborate with the team to tailor deliverables to client needs.
  • Help refine internal tools, methods, and best practices, and participate in the continuous improvement of the practice.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in management, business administration, organizational development, or a related field, combined with at least two (2) years of consulting experience.
  • Consulting experience is required; certification in change management, such as PROSCI or CCMP, is a strong asset.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Strong ability to conceptualize information, rigour, curiosity, discernment, and critical thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with the team and clients.
  • Fluency in written and spoken French and English required to work in bilingual business environments with sometimes unilingual English mandates.
