Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services, addressing customer needs effectively.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date customer records and interactions.
  • Utilize analysis skills to identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Engage in upselling opportunities by recommending additional products or services that meet customer needs.
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while handling calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates (especially Spanish) are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and upselling strategies is a plus.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for effective communication with customers.
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer records.
  • Ability to analyze information and provide solutions based on customer needs.
