Candidate Requirements

  • Medical degree and valid or eligible licence to practise in Ontario

  • Certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) or eligibility via Practice Ready Assessment or international pathways (e.g. MRCGP, MICGP, RACGP, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and patient care skills

  • Friendly, professional, and community-oriented mindset

  • Interest in chronic disease management, geriatrics, or mental health is an asset
