Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support and enhance a mission-critical global Salesforce application used by field sales teams. The role involves front-end and back-end development, configuration, integrations, and data architecture, with a focus on best practices, quality standards, and user experience in a complex enterprise environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce applications using best practices
  • Build and enhance solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, mobile, desktop, and integrations
  • Lead and mentor team members on development standards and architecture compliance.
  • Analyze requirements, determine feasibility, and deliver scalable solutions
  • Ensure quality control through documentation, code reviews, and adherence to standards
  • Support deployments, metadata management, and continuous process improvements
  • Collaborate with global, cross-functional Agile teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of IT experience in enterprise or complex system implementations
  • Strong experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration
  • Proficiency in APEX, Lightning (Aura/LWC), and Salesforce best practices
  • Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL
  • Experience delivering software solutions in an Agile environment
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Metadata management, CI/CD, and deployment tools
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Exposure to Change Management, Compliance, Governance, and Vendor Management
  • Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, quality standards, and governance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $55.00-$75.00 per hour
