Our team provides urgent care after hours and on weekends, with a complement of 1 FTE primary care providers (family physicians and/or nurse practitioners).
We operate in a team-based care model that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and administrative support. You will participate as an active team member in the delivery of urgent primary care services to South Delta residents, both with or without a family provider.
Together, we are dedicated to extending intentional and coordinated care to all members of the community, including the vulnerable and medically complex. Join us to provide timely access to patients, families and caregivers to comprehensive, person-centred, culturally safe and quality care.
Compensation: Contract Qualifications/Credentials: CCFP, CMPA, CPSBC Eligible for Full License Locations (Physicians): Community - Delta
