Required Skill Sets:


• Design, develop, and implement automated testing solutions for PeopleSoft and Mainframe systems using tools like REXX, Robot Framework, Selenium, Load Runner, or other automation frameworks.


• Automate repetitive testing tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy.


• Conduct performance testing for Mainframe systems and ensure optimal system performance under varying workloads.


• Drive performance testing for large and complex programs, including migration projects, to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to define performance benchmarks and ensure compliance with project requirements.


• Write and execute SQL queries (e.g., SELECT, JOIN, aggregate functions) to validate data integrity and support testing efforts.


• Analyze and interpret test results to identify issues and recommend solutions.


• Leverage experience in the Banking/Finance domain and General Ledger (GL) systems to ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements.


• Provide insights and recommendations to improve system performance and functionality.


• Lead and mentor a team of testers, ensuring adherence to best practices in test automation and performance testing.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure seamless execution of testing strategies.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and tools.


• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal system functionality.


• Ensure test coverage aligns with business and technical requirements for large-scale programs.
