The Senior Director of Product for Marketing Technology leads the strategic vision and delivery of global marketing technology products, such as the global content management system, website analytics & data platforms, marketing automation platforms and new innovative tools. The goal is to provide personalized digital experiences on a global scale. Overseeing a team of product managers, owners and analysts, you will define and implement product roadmaps aligned with KPMG's strategic goals, supporting Member Firms worldwide in delivering exceptional digital experiences.

What you will do
  • Lead a diverse team of product managers, product owners and business analysts in designing and implementing and enhancing Marketing Technology solutions
  • Define, maintain, and communicate comprehensive product roadmaps for platforms like Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, etc., ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Partner closely with the Directors of Technology, Experience Design, and Digital Marketing to develop an enterprise architecture that ensures a fully integrated Marketing Technology stack. This architecture should align with the target state, adhere to the global design system, and address the needs of all Digital Marketing teams

  • Research and evaluate emerging Marketing Technology product solutions, such as customer data platforms, AI, and machine learning tools, to continuously enhance KPMG's marketing capabilities
  • Lead the Global Digital Marketing Steering Committee that meets regularly to make prioritization decisions on digital investments and provides updates on critical projects with attendance from the top 20 revenue generating firms from across the network
  • Lead the Product Operations, Change Management, and Budget Management functions, ensuring the ongoing support and enhancements of digital products across 110+ countries through efficient handling of support requests, implementing organizational change via communication and training programs for new product launches, and overseeing an annual budget of over $7M
  • Foster team development through mentoring, professional growth opportunities, and encouraging continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
What you bring to the role
  • 15+ years of professional experience, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles overseeing Marketing Technology product strategy
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience. MBA is considered an asset
  • Deep expertise with marketing platforms such as Adobe and Salesforce, including enterprise Marketing Automation products like Adobe Marketo, Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce Engage, as well as expertise in enterprise-level data, technical SEO, website search, and content taxonomy
  • Expert knowledge of SDLC and prior success in working with development teams; technical capability and a track record in software development combined with experience in the leadership of software development teams and delivery of product enhancements within a software development environment
  • Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders across all organizational levels
  • Strong understanding of data privacy, compliance and regulations including GDPR, CASL and CCPA
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner or similar accreditation
  • Flexibility to collaborate across different time zones to accommodate global colleagues
