Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Victoria, BC. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all stages of our construction and renovation projects. Their day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, coordinating with contractors, scheduling inspections, expediting materials and logistics, and ensuring that all work meets quality and safety standards. They will also oversee budgeting, cost control, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Project Management and Logistics Management
  • Proficiency in Expeditor and Expediting tasks
  • Expertise in Inspection processes and quality assurance
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
  • Relevant industry certifications and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in the construction or home renovation industry is beneficial
