We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented 
Head of Post-Production
 capable of overseeing all stages of post-production, from editing to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

In collaboration with the producer and technical teams, the Head of Post-Production will be responsible for:

  • Overall coordination of post-production across multiple documentary projects running in parallel.
  • Planning and monitoring schedules (picture editing, sound editing, color grading, mixing, conforming, subtitling, deliverables, etc.).
  • Managing and tracking post-production budgets.
  • Supervising external freelancers (editors, sound studios, colorists, graphic designers, etc.).
  • Artistic and technical quality control of deliverables in collaboration with directors and broadcasters.
  • Managing broadcaster and platform deliverables (technical specifications, master deliveries, language versions, festival and international sales exports, etc.).
  • Monitoring and optimizing backup organization and project archiving.

Desired Profile

  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a documentary post-production supervisor (feature films and/or series).
  • Strong understanding of technical post-production processes and workflows (picture, sound, formats, delivery standards).
  • Knowledge of post-production tools (Avid, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere, Pro Tools, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High level of rigor, attention to detail, autonomy, and clear organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with teams.
  • Bilingual French / English.

Responsable de Post-Production
 expérimenté.e et , capable de superviser l'ensemble des étapes de post-production, du montage à la livraison finale.

Missions principales

En collaboration avec le producteur et les équipes techniques,  Responsable de post-production assurera la/le :

  • Coordination globale de la post-production
     sur plusieurs projets documentaires en parallèle.
  • Planification et suivi des plannings
     (montage image, montage son, étalonnage, mixage, conformation, sous-titrage, livrables, etc.).
  • Gestion et suivi des budgets de post-production.
  • Supervision des prestataires externes
     (monteurs, studios son, coloristes, graphistes, etc.).
  • Contrôle qualité artistique et technique
     des livrables en lien avec les réalisateurs et diffuseurs.
  • Gestion des livrables diffuseurs et plateformes
     (spécifications techniques, livraison des masters, versions linguistiques, exports festivals et ventes internationales etc.).
  • Suivi et optimisation de l'organisation des sauvegardes et de l'archivage
     des projets.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience confirmée (minimum 5 ans) comme responsable de 
    post-production documentaire
     (longs-métrages et/ou séries).
  • Solide compréhension des 
    processus techniques et workflows de post-production
     (image, son, formats, normes de livraison).
  • Connaissances des outils de post-production (Avid, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere, Pro Tools…).
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets à la fois.
  • Rigueur, sens du détail, autonomie et organisation claire.
  • Bon relationnel et capacité à travailler avec des équipes.
  • Bilingue FR/EN
