En tant que Technicien aux transactions, vous serez au cœur de notre mission. Voici les principales responsabilités :

  • Mettre votre expertise au service des tâches administratives lors du traitement de diverses demandes de transactions;
  • Exploiter votre sens du détail en saisissant des informations dans les systèmes informatiques (achats, résiliations de contrats, modifications, désignations légales, rachats, etc.);
  • Utiliser de manière intensive des systèmes tels que Workflow, iFAST et Excel;
  • Traiter un grand volume de demandes variées dans les délais établis;
  • Proposer, au besoin, de nouvelles façons de faire pour améliorer le travail à accomplir.

Nous recherchons une personne qui :

  • Est reconnue pour son souci du détail et ses solides compétences organisationnelles;
  • Se démarque par sa capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe;
  • Démontre de fortes aptitudes analytiques et en résolution de problèmes;
  • Est reconnue pour ses excellentes compétences en communication et en service à la clientèle;
  • Possède au moins un an d'expérience pertinente dans le traitement de transactions ou un diplôme collégial dans un domaine connexe;
  • Maîtrise avancée du français et de l'anglais, puisque le poste implique de communiquer par écrit en français et en anglais avec des conseillers financiers anglophones et francophones partout au Canada sur une base quotidienne.
