What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with internal business partners and negotiate with suppliers, with an emphasis on preparing contractual agreements (such as, but not limited to, MSA, SOW, NDA, Transaction Agreements, Amendment letters, etc.).
  • Prepare contractual agreements using current company templates
  • Analyze contracts to ensure they comply with company policies
  • Liaising with internal business partners and external suppliers
  • Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best terms and pricing for the company

What we're looking for: (must have)

  • 6 months experience with contracting best practices, business decision-making, in a Contract Specialist context with an increasing scope of responsibility
  • Applicable Contract Management, Procurement, Legal experience and/or certification
  • Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management tools (e.g., iValua, Coupa, Ariba, etc.)
  • Finance and budgeting experience
  • Experience in a financial institution
  • Familiarity and experience with Professional Services
  • Familiarity and experience with IT services
  • Post-Secondary degree/certification in logistics, business administration, law, purchasing and supply chain management, or equivalent working experience
