Summary

We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our team at CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice in Canada. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional customer service and crafting delightful beverages that align with our mission of spreading happiness through quality drinks.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including bubble tea and other creative drinks.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and payment handling.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment.
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Participate in training programs to stay updated on new products and procedures.

Qualifications * Previous barista experience or background in the food industry is preferred.

  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS is an asset.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
  • Team player with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
