We are looking to hire an energetic, motivated individual to join our growing team

This is a full-time position that entails strong skills in client interaction, assisting the Creative department and Account Executive department and managing the Sign Technician department. You must enjoy details, and putting together the puzzle pieces of a rigorous workload and coordinating the details of each piece.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting clients and visitors and directing them to appropriate staff
  • Answering phones (multi phone system), responding to emails, mail and fax
  • Creating sign message proofs for client approval, and ensuring readable, high-visibility and professional message.
  • Maintaining client records and filing systems
  • Acting as a liaison between clients and internal creative or sales teams
  • Assisting internal creative team and sales team
  • Managing the workflow from design to production, and communicating with the production team regarding deadlines
  • Ordering supplies, and managing inventory
  • Managing project timelines for the Sign Technicians
  • Developing and implementing weekly or daily work plans for the Sign Technicians
  • Ensuring compliance with the safety program
  • Managing the maintenance and inventory of tools, vehicles, and equipment
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage clients

Requirements and skills

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Ability to solve problems, and alleviate conflict
  • Ability to work individually and as a team member
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Spreadsheets and Word
  • General computer knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.88-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
