Summer Intern/Co-op 2026 – Full Stack Software Engineer

Join our US Retirement Technology Team as a Full Stack Software Engineer Intern and gain hands-on experience working with persistent squads that support critical business applications. You'll collaborate with Tech Leads, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts to deliver solutions that drive business outcomes.
Position Responsibilities:
Work on user stories assigned during each sprint, including build and KTLO (Keep The Lights On) tasks.
Collaborate with Tech Leads, Developers, QA, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and showcase understanding of problem statements.
Build proposed solutions and deliver business outcomes aligned with priorities defined during PI Planning.
Engage with external teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Complete assigned stories and demo & deploy solutions into production by the end of the internship.
Required Qualifications:
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge of Java, React, Spring Boot, GitHub, Azure, and SQL.
Familiarity with C#, Angular/React, Azure, and SQL.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with SAFe Agile methodologies (will be taught during onboarding)
