Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and creative Workshop Facilitators to lead interactive STEAM-based workshops for children. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, enjoys working with kids, and can create fun, engaging learning experiences that encourage collaboration and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate engaging STEAM workshops and training sessions for children
  • Deliver workshop agendas and hands-on activities aligned with learning objectives
  • Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and energetic learning environment
  • Encourage participation, teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving among participants
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and support to children throughout workshop activities
  • Adapt facilitation style and materials to suit different age groups and learning needs
  • Evaluate workshop effectiveness and suggest improvements
  • Stay up to date with STEAM education trends, best practices, and innovative learning approaches

Requirements

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to maneuver content and deliver engaging, age-appropriate workshop content
  • Experience working with children in educational, camp, or workshop settings (Strongly preferred)
  • Interest or background in STEAM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math)
  • High energy, creativity, and a passion for hands-on learning
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage workshop logistics
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work flexible hours

Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Apprenticeship

Pay: $17.20-$31.31 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
