2D Game Art Designer

Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in the conceptual exploration, early-stage design, and tone-setting of new regions — including but not limited to visual language, architectural modules, key objects, and key art design.
- Explore and visualize high-level concepts and the ecosystem of factions within new regions, providing clear and intuitive design guidance for downstream production teams.
- Participate in the content design and development of the IP's overarching concept.
- Conduct long-term exploration of the tone and aesthetics of the game's IP.
Job Requirements:
- Strong conceptual design and artistic control skills, with accurate and efficient design execution and aesthetic exploration abilities.
- Excellent environment visualization skills and proficiency in presenting ideas across different stages of production.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and the ability to blend diverse artistic styles — for example, modern and classical, sci-fi and fantasy.
- Deep understanding of the logic and workflow behind concept presentation, with solid knowledge of concept design and aesthetic systems.
- 1–3 years of experience in concept design or related fields.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in Eastern aesthetics (non–xianxia themes) or modern fantasy-style works.
