Entry Level Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Entry Level Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to support business objectives
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports
• Assist in designing and implementing database solutions
• Support ETL processes utilizing Talend, Python, Bash (Unix shell), and other tools to ensure data integrity and accessibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize ERP workflows and ensure accurate data across modules.
• Create monthly price lists for the sales reps, update existing customer price lists with new quotes, quarterly pricing proposals for customers on contract based on resin adjustments.
• Creating new products in the system and maintaining information on existing products
• Participate in project management activities following Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices
• Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for CyFrame ERP, including configuration support, troubleshooting, and user training.
• Provide training and support to end users on new processes, systems or tool implemented as part of business improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross – functional teams, including operations, finance, marketing, and production to gather information, understand business needs and contribute to project deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize ERP workflows and ensure accurate data across modules.
• Support process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, CI) across production and supply chain.
• Participate in projects involving forecasting, capacity planning, costing, KPIs, and system enhancements.
• Analyze manufacturing, inventory, and financial data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Document workflows, data models, and system designs using Visio or similar tools
• Engage in database design tasks including schema development and data modeling
• Apply analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Business Commerce or Business Insights and Analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data sets.
• Must be able to work effectively in a team and with minimal supervision. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL and analysis tools such as R or Python
• Experience with visualization platforms including Power BI
• Knowledge of SDLC processes and Agile project management methodologies
• Familiarity with ETL tools like data integration solutions
• Understanding of database design principles for Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or
• Experience with Linked data concepts and data analysis techniques is desirable
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams and document findings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $56,160.00-$70,000.00 per year
