Business Analyst – Join Our Team

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who loves streamlining processes and helping teams succeed? Paramount Services Ltd. is looking for a Business Analyst to help our full-service maintenance company run smoother than ever

In this role, you'll optimize operations, manage our business systems, and keep our tech tools running perfectly. From training staff on software to overseeing laptops, tablets, and cell phones, you'll be the go-to person for all things operational and tech.

What You'll Do:

Improve workflows and support day-to-day business processes

Manage and maintain software systems, dashboards, and reports

Train staff on software and technology best practices

Troubleshoot software issues and provide hands-on support

Oversee inventory, deployment, and care of company devices

Partner with leadership to provide insights and support operational decisions

What We're Looking For:

Experience with business software and process improvement

Excellent communication and training skills

Comfortable managing tech assets and basic troubleshooting

Organized, analytical, and a true team player

Education & Certifications:

Education in business or technology is preferred, but hands-on experience counts. Business analysis or project management certifications are a plus.

Paramount Service Ltd. began as Paramount Restaurant Service Ltd. over 30 years ago. Since then, the company has evolved into a full-service equipment supply and facility maintenance company based from Winnipeg, Manitoba. Our presence is focused in Manitoba but we have strong partnerships spanning coast-to-coast-to-coast across Canada. As part of our full-service commitment throughout the country, we employ refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry journeypersons, and we have over 600 subcontractors at our disposal.
