We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Warranty Administrator / Quality Assurance Auditor.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support both the Quality Assurance and Warranty functions within the organization. Reporting to the Person Responsible for Maintenance (PRM), you will:

  • Assist with internal quality audits.
  • Review maintenance documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Prepare engine logbooks and related packages to ensure they are ready for final review and sign-off by the Quality Control Inspector.
  • Process warranty claims, coordinate product returns, verify eligibility, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows.

This role is ideal for an organized, detail-focused individual who enjoys both administrative precision and technical oversight in a quality-driven aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct and support internal audits to verify compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Review maintenance records and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Prepare engine logbooks and related documentation packages for final inspection and release by the Q/C Inspector.
  • Evaluate incoming warranty claims against policy and vendor terms.
  • Communicate with customers to obtain necessary documentation and arrange timely product returns.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Quality, Logistics) to gather technical data and approvals.
  • Track return shipments and monitor vendor responses for warranty repairs or replacements.
  • Update the warranty management system with claim statuses and vendor timelines.
  • Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements to reduce claim volume.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records for both quality and warranty activities.
  • Assist the PRM and QA team with continuous improvement initiatives and audit readiness.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative experience, ideally in aviation, manufacturing, or aftermarket support.
  • Experience in a Quality Assurance or Warranty Administration role, preferably within an AMO or aviation maintenance environment.
  • Strong understanding of warranty principles, RMA processes, and contractual terms.
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Canadian Aviation Regulations (CAR 573) and quality management systems is an asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks or claims simultaneously.
