Job Overview

We are expanding into the Bowmanville area and looking for a confident, motivated Sales Representative to help service growing demand for residential painting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, thrives on performance-based pay, and wants the opportunity to grow with a business that rewards results.

As a Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners for pre-booked and self-generated appointments, complete walk-through estimates, explain options, and help clients choose the right painting package for their home. This is a field-based sales role — not a desk job.

Responsibilities

• Attend booked and self-generated homeowner appointments
• Build rapport quickly and communicate confidently and professionally
• Complete estimate walk-throughs and present pricing accurately
• Recommend solutions based on project scope, budget, and client needs
• Follow up with open leads and maintain organized communication
• Record notes, pricing, and pipeline status using provided tools
• Coordinate with production once a job is closed
• Attend weekly coaching and performance review meetings

Compensation

• Commission-based role with performance bonuses
• Realistic earning potential: $28–$50/hr equivalent depending on performance
• Top closers may exceed this range during peak months
• Training is provided (unpaid)
• Clear advancement path into senior sales or operations leadership

Schedule

• Part-time or full-time available
• Evenings and weekends preferred (based on homeowner availability)
• Flexible for students or individuals seeking additional income
