About the Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled and licensed HVAC Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience with heating, ventilation, air conditioning, gas, boiler and refrigeration systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities, technical proficiency, and a customer-first mindset. If you take pride in quality workmanship and problem-solving, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

· Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including heat pumps, boilers, air conditioning units, and refrigeration equipment.

· Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting to efficiently resolve mechanical and technical issues.

· Perform installations and service work on gas and refrigeration systems in compliance with safety codes and standards.

· Communicate clearly with clients, explaining work performed and providing outstanding customer service.

· Maintain accurate technical documentation, including service records and repair logs.

· Ensure all work meets company standards and complies with local codes, regulations, and safety protocols.

· Collaborate with other trades and team members on job sites to ensure seamless project execution.

· Stay current with HVAC technologies, best practices, and continuing education requirements.

Requirements:

· Valid G1 Gas License and Refrigeration License (313A or 313D)

· Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC installation and repair experience

· Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities

· Familiarity with HVAC safety standards, local building codes, and environmental regulations

· Excellent organizational and communication skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

· Valid driver's license with clean driving record

· Availability for occasional after-hours or emergency service calls
