We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Millwright to join our team at Rio Tinto's Diavik Diamond Mine.

About the Role

As a Millwright, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of critical equipment. Your responsibilities will include maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing:

• Jaw and cone crushers
• Screen decks and conveyors
• Ball mills
• Cement and slurry pumps, along with associated piping systems

You will perform both planned and emergency maintenance in a safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible manner, helping maximize equipment availability and minimize downtime.

What We're Looking For

• Certification: Journeyperson Millwright certification (Interprovincial Red Seal preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Millwright in underground or surface mining, or other heavy industrial settings (mineral processing experience an asset)
• Technical Skills: Strong background with pumps, piping systems, compressors, conveyors, crushers, and ball mills
• Work Style: Comfortable working a 2-weeks on / 2-weeks off rotation, 12-hour day and night shifts
• Clearances: Ability to pass pre-employment security, medical, and drug/alcohol screening
